(a) Conferred Disciplinary Jurisdiction. Any attorney practicing before this court shall be deemed to have conferred disciplinary jurisdiction upon this court for any alleged attorney misconduct arising during the course of a case in which that attorney has participated. (b) Promulgation of Disciplinary Rules. The court, in furtherance of its inherent authority and responsibility to supervise the conduct of attorneys, adopts LR 83.5.
