Admission and conduct of attorneys in criminal cases shall be governed by Rule 83.1 of The Uniform Local Civil Rules of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, which is adopted and incorporated by reference herein. However, the judge in any criminal proceeding may waive the requirement of local counsel or any limitation on the number of pro hac vice admissions.
