(a) Form of Application. All applications must conform to L.B.R. 2014-1. (b) Payment of Compensation. An appraiser, real estate agent, or auctioneer may receive compensation and reimbursement of expenses from the proceeds of any sale approved by the Court without filing a separate application for the approval of compensation and expenses under the following conditions: (1) the terms for the payment of compensation and reimbursement of expenses were disclosed in the application for employment; 34 (2) the order approving retention of the appraiser, real estate agent, or auctioneer approved the compensation arrangement proposed in the application for employment; and (3) the order approving the sale authorized the payment of compensation and expenses to the appraiser, real estate agent, or auctioneer.
