THE DISTRICT COURT (Pro Hac Vice) An attorney who is not a member of the bar of the district court but is a member in good standing of the bar of any state’s highest court or any federal district court may appear in the bankruptcy court if the attorney: 12 (1) files with the district court a completed application for leave to appear pro hac vice; and (2) pays the required fee to the clerk of the district court.
