If the Court requires that a bond be backed by a cash deposit, the depositor, by affidavit or declaration under penalty of perjury, shall state where he resides, and also that: (a) The depositor is the owner of the cash; (b) The owner agrees to be bound by the bond and by the provisions of L.Cr.R. 46-6; (c) The owner will notify the Court and counsel of any change of address.
