Plan Objections. If timely objections have been made before the confirmation hearing in a Chapter 11, Subchapter V case, debtor may file a notice in conformity with Mont.

LBF 41.

Following the filing of a notice, the hearing on confirmation shall be continued to allow debtor to file an amended plan unless otherwise ordered by the Court. Debtor shall file the notice at least three business days before the Mont. LBR December 1, 2025
