By a majority, the U.S. District Court Judges of the District of Montana authorize by their approval of these Local Rules the Bankruptcy Judge of the District to make and amend rules of practice and procedure pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 83, but not duplicative of Acts of Congress, and the Fed. R. Bankr. P. and which do not prohibit or limit the use of the Official forms. This authorization is provided pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9029(a).
