(a) Referral of a Case or Proceeding to Mediation. The Presiding Judge, upon the motion of any party or party in interest, may order parties to participate in mediation and may order the parties to bear expenses in such proportion as the Presiding Judge finds appropriate. (b) Other ADR Methods. Upon motion and agreement of the parties, the Presiding Judge may submit a case 55 or proceeding to binding arbitration.
