of Controlling Law (a) Waiver. The court may waive the requirements of any of these rules on its own or upon a motion by a party in interest. (b) Sanctions. The court may impose sanctions for failure to comply with these rules – including striking of documents filed with the court, dismissal of proceedings, dismissal or conversion of cases, or any other appropriate sanction under the circumstances – on its own motion or upon a motion by a party in interest.
