A staff member of the court will be appointed by the Chief Bankruptcy Judge to serve as the Program Administrator. The Program Administrator will be aided by an Executive Committee, as well as other staff members of the court, who will maintain and collect applications, maintain the roster of the Panel, track and compile results of the Program, and handle such other administrative duties as are necessary. 1, 2023 RULE 9043-2. THE PROGRAM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE A committee (the “Executive Committee”) of no less than three and no more than five licensed attorneys shall be selected by the Chief Bankruptcy Judge to assist and advise the Program Administrator, and shall be responsible for the selection and maintenance of the Panel. Each member of the Executive Committee shall be selected to a term of at least 3 years, renewable for an additional 2 years, at the discretion of the Chief Bankruptcy Judge.
