Rule 17.1.1 Standard Pretrial Order

At the time of arraignment, or no later than the first pretrial, the Court shall issue orders

setting forth deadlines for the following:

(a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f)

Completion of discovery; Disclosure of expert witnesses; Filing of pretrial motions; Filing of responses to pretrial motions; Filing of proposed voir dire questions; and Filing of proposed jury instructions.
