=== Standing Order Regarding Sentencing Memoranda: Broomes === IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF KANSAS STANDING ORDER REGARDING SENTENCING MEMORANDA In addition to all applicable Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, the following rule shall apply to all criminal cases assigned to Judge Broomes: The parties in a criminal case may, but are not required to, file sentencing memoranda prior to sentencing. Should a party choose to file a sentencing memorandum, such memorandum must be filed on CM/ECF no later than five (5) days prior to sentencing. Any memorandum filed in violation of this standing order may be stricken without further notice.
