=== Standing Order - Electronic Filing === UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF MASSACHUSETTS STANDING ORDER RE: ELECTRONIC FILING IN CASES FILED BEFORE BURROUGHS, J. March 12, 2026 All litigants shall follow the Court-wide rules and procedures for Electronic Case Filing. Sealed documents may not be filed electronically. Parties shall file sealed documents by uploading them to the secure dropbox link provided by the Docket Clerk upon the granting of the motion to seal. If the “motion to seal” itself must also be sealed, please email the docket clerk requesting a link.
Alternatively, if there are numerous documents to be filed under seal or media files that cannot be filed electronically, parties shall file these by providing the Court with a USB/Flash Drive of the main document and any accompanying memorandum of law or exhibits as separate documents in PDF format, which shall be named and organized in a manner that clearly identifies each document. These files should not be password-protected. *The maximum file size for each PDF is 50mb. In addition, parties shall not submit a paper courtesy copy of any electronic document unless they are requested by the Court. S/ALLISON D. BURROUGHS United States District Judge
