=== Order of Recall - Judge Donald D. Bush === THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL OF THE FIFTH CIRCUIT In the Matter of the Recall Appointment of: United States Magistrate Judge, Retired ) Donald D. Bush ORDER OF RECALL The Honorable Donald D. Bush, having consented to serve and the chief judge of the district involved having consented to such service, is RECALLED for service as a United States Magistrate Judge assigned to the following district and location: Eastern District of Texas at Sherman and Plano, Texas. The magistrate judge is authorized to perform the powers and duties of the office of magistrate judge as provided by the district court. This recall is pursuant to the Ad Hoc Recall Regulations promulgated by the Judicial Conference under 28 U.S.C. § 636(h). The appointment is effective on January 1, 2025, and shall continue in effect until January 1, 2026.

As the recall is pursuant to the Ad Hoc Regulations, the service shall be on a when-actually-employed basis not to exceed 60 days. This ORDER entered the 24th day of September, 2024. FOR THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL: Priscilla Richman, Chief Judge
