TUCKER NOVEMBER 12, 2024 The following procedures apply to conferences, hearings, and trials before Judge Tucker. 1. All trials and evidentiary hearings will be held in person in the courtroom, rather than by telephone. 2.

Certain other hearings also will be held in person in the courtroom, and this will be indicated in the notice or order scheduling the hearing. 3. Certain other hearings and conferences will be held by telephone, rather than in person in the courtroom, and this will be indicated in the notice or order scheduling the hearing or conference. Unless otherwise noticed or ordered in a particular case, such telephonic hearings will include the following: initial scheduling conferences, status conferences, and final pretrial conferences in adversary proceedings, initial scheduling conferences and Subchapter V status conferences in Chapter 11 cases, hearings on claim objections, hearings on motions to extend or impose the stay, and show cause hearings regarding unpaid filing fees.

4. For hearings that are held in person in the courtroom, out of town counsel may attend by telephone, if they make arrangements to do so with Judge Tucker’s courtroom deputy no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the hearing. 5. For the conduct of telephonic hearings, the following procedures will apply: • At least five minutes before the scheduled time for hearing, counsel, parties, and all other persons wishing to attend the hearing should call (202) 503-1666 and use Conference ID 654 240 580#.

Counsel, parties, and all other persons calling in should place their phone on mute and wait until their case is called. After the case is called, the judge will call on counsel and parties to enter their appearance. Counsel and parties should unmute their phone in order to enter their appearance and to speak, but should keep their phone on mute when not speaking. • Anyone who dials into a court hearing is prohibited from placing the court call on hold.
