Orders regarding case progression and detention or release will be entered as necessary. Counsel for defendant may request a continuance of an arraignment, preliminary hearing, or detention hearing for up to ten (10) days to facilitate completion and submission of one or more of the above-referenced waiver or submission forms. Such requests may be made by telephone, email, or motion setting forth the reason for the request and the position of the government.
