Defendant Civil Action No. NOTICE, CONSENT, AND REFERENCE OF ALL PRETRIAL MOTIONS TO A MAGISTRATE JUDGE, INCLUDING DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS Notice of a magistrate judge’s availability. A United States Magistrate Judge of this court is available to conduct “any and all” proceedings in this case, including entering a final order dispositive of any pretrial motion. A Magistrate Judge may exercise the authority to enter a final order dispositive of a pretrial motion only if all parties voluntarily consent. If all parties so consent, the objection procedures in Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) and (b) and Local Rule CV-72(b) and (c) would not apply in this case.
