Referral Cases: In referral cases, the parties are to follow Judge Cureton's filing and copy requirements. In all cases in which Judge Cureton is the presiding judge or referral judge, he requires electronic filing and a judge's copy of each appendix and any filing more than 50 pages in length.

Social Security Cases Referred to the Magistrate Judge for Report and Recommendation: In all Social Security actions for judicial review pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), that are referred to Judge Cureton for report and recommendation, the Defendant Commissioner shall timely file one copy of the administrative record in spiral bound format so that the record shall lie flat when the volume is opened. Lengthy records shall be bound in multiple volumes as necessary to prevent the record from being unwieldy.

Motions: All motions require a proposed order that must be emailed to [email protected] and must be in Word format (not PDF). The subject line of the email must include the case number and the document number of the referenced motion.
