Jayne entered duty as a Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma on September 8, 2017. Prior to her appointment, Judge Jayne was in private practice at GableGotwals, where her practice focused on civil litigation. Judge Jayne devoted the majority of her career to the Northern District of Oklahoma as a senior law clerk for Judge Terence Kern and also served as a term clerk for Judge Sven Holmes. Judge Jayne is a graduate of Westminster College (B.A., summa cum laude, Churchill Scholar) and Oklahoma University College of Law (J.D., summa cum laude, Editor-in-Chief of Oklahoma Law Review, James C. Comfort Scholar).

She enjoys leading education outreach programs for local students, which teach civility and civics through a courtroom experience.
