Abstract

The structure of this contribution is as follows. First, we provide a theoretical framework concerning the need to regulate football agents and the appropriate instruments. Second, we present the evolution of the regulation at the international level of FIFA. This is followed by our examination of the regulatory framework in a few selected European jurisdictions.

Lastly, Section V provides a critical comparative analysis, and Section VI concludes.
