Defendant, an attorney, while candidate for nomination to the office of Justice of the Supreme Court of Wyoming, wrote and circulated a pamphlet making false, contemptuous and scandalous charges against the court. He admitted in the pamphlet that he became a candidate for the sole purpose of attacking the court.
