84 not that party claims any of it. The depositing party must deliver to the chancery court clerk a copy of the order permitting deposit. (b) Investing and Withdrawing Funds. Money paid into chancery court under this rule shall be held by the clerk of the chancery court subject to withdrawal in whole or in part at any time upon order of the chancery court or written stipulation of the parties. The money shall be deposited in an interest-bearing account or invested in a chancery court-approved, interest- bearing instrument. (c) Prior to the disbursement of the funds, all information necessary for the chancery court clerk to make a proper disbursement shall be provided by the party seeking disbursement, in a form that complies with the Rules Governing Redaction From Court Records.
