16 Court will designate five district judges who are not members of the Commis- sion to act in the place of the supreme court for the limited purposes contemplated by Wyo. Const. art. 5, § 6(e)(iv). Filings shall be made with the clerk of the court. (f) Publication of Orders. — The clerk of the court shall release for publication orders imposing public discipline. Orders of suspension or removal shall be transmitted to all courts in the state. All orders of public discipline shall be published in the Pacific Reporter and are a permanent record of the Court.
