Particular cases. — Attorney who was sus- pended for failure to comply with continuing legal education requirements under Wyo. R. for Continuing Legal Education of Members of the Wyo. State Bar 4 and 10(e) was required to seek reinstatement with the Wyoming Board of Con- tinuing Legal Education pursuant to Wyo. R. for Continuing Legal Education of Members of the Wyo.
