Editor’s notes. — Laws 1977, ch. 188, § 1, originally renumbered W.S. 1957, § 1-140, re- ferred to above, as § 1-12-103. That act also renumbered the remainder of the provisions referred to above. None of these provisions, with the exception of § 1-12-103, were set out in Wyoming Statutes 1977 due to the effect of this rule. The remaining provisions in chapter 12 of title 1, which were also renumbered by Laws 1977, ch. 188, § 1, were redesignated to maintain proper numerical sequence. Former § 1-12-103 (W.S. 1957, § 1-140) was redesig- nated as present § 1-12-102.
