Witnesses: Compulsory Process

(A) The issuing authority shall issue such process as may be necessary for the summoning of witnesses for the Commonwealth or the defendant. (B) Persons shall not be permitted to testify at a preliminary hearing without first being duly sworn or affirmed according to law.
