Idaho Court Administrative Rule 33. Withdrawal of Files. No paper, record or file in any action or proceeding shall be removed from the custody of the clerk except that such papers, records and files may be withdrawn for the use of the court. (Adopted December 2, 2015, effective July 1, 2016.)
