For pleadings and documents in paper records, the clerk shall not permit any pleading or document to be taken from the clerk’s custody except as otherwise provided in these Rules, or as ordered by the court. Exhibits may be withdrawn on the oral or written approval of a judge. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the parties shall withdraw all exhibits not attached to the pleadings, and depositions within 1 year after final judgment. If not so withdrawn, they shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of by the clerk. (Amended March 30, 2022, effective April 25, 2022.)
