Idaho Rules for Small Claims Actions Rule 3. Who May be a Plaintiff. Any individual, partnership, corporation or association may file a small claim as a plaintiff in the action. An employee of the plaintiff may sign the pleadings. (Adopted March 1, 2016; effective July 1, 2016.)
