In every case on appeal to the Supreme Court from a court of appeals, the clerk of the court of appeals or other custodian having possession of the record shall not transmit the record to the Clerk of the Supreme Court unless and until the Supreme Court issues an order to the custodian to transmit the record pursuant to Rule 15.03.
