IRLJ 5.1 WHAT ORDERS MAY BE APPEALED A defendant may appeal a judgment entered after a contested hearing finding that the defendant has committed the infraction. The plaintiff may appeal a decision which in effect abates, discontinues, or determines the case other than by a judgment that the defendant has not committed an infraction. No other orders or judgments are appealable by either party. [Adopted effective January 1, 1981; Amended September 1, 1992.]
