Idaho Criminal Rule 9. Warrant or Summons on Indictment The form of a warrant or summons on an indictment, and its issuance, execution, service and return, must be made in the same manner and on the same conditions as a warrant or summons on a complaint as provided in Rule 4 of these rules.
