(A) Definitions As used in these rules, a “victim’s rights case” is a case for an extraordinary writ or an appeal from a court of appeals’ decision in an interlocutory appeal concerning the rights of victims of crime proceedings pursuant to Article I, Section 10a of the Ohio Constitution and R.C. 2930.19(A)(2)(c) or (d). (B) Procedure A victim’s rights case shall be filed as provided for in Rule 22.01 and shall proceed in accordance with Rules 22.02 and 22.03. Effective Date: May 1, 2025 38 SECTION 6.
