Victim’s Presence

The victim, counsel for the victim, and other persons accompanying a victim for his or her assistance shall be permitted to attend the proceedings, except as provided in Rule 311. The court has discretion to maintain confidentiality of mental health, medical, or juvenile institutional documents or juvenile probation reports. See 42 Pa.C.S. § 6336(f).
