Indiana Commercial Court Rules
Effective July 1, 2024 (A) In all cases triable to a jury, the jury trial must be held in the county of the Commercial Court Judge or, with good cause found by the Commercial Court judge, in another county with preferred venue. (B) The venire for any jury trial must be drawn from the county where the jury trial will be held.
