User Responsibility to Maintain Accurate Information

Users shall maintain accurate information within the E-Filing System; to include delivery address, fax number or email address. Participants who have set an e-mail notification preference are solely responsible for providing an accurate, up-to-date email address and for ensuring that the email account is properly configured to receive Notices of Electronic Filing.
