USE OF CAMERAS, RECORDING, AND BROADCASTING EQUIPMENT

Any attorney of record or self-represented litigant may record or have recorded any justice court proceeding by audiovisual-recording device or stenographically consistent with section 9-13-32 of 2 the Mississippi Code. Any other use of cameras, recording devices, or broadcasting equipment shall be governed by Canon 3B(12) of the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct or other applicable rules.
