Use of audio recording equipment

Upon notice to the court and parties, audio recording equipment may be used to record the decision of the court. No recording may be disclosed without the consent of all parties and the court, nor used to impeach any official court record. History: Adopted September 21, 2021, effective De- cember 1, 2021.
