Nevada Alternate Trial Rules
A proposed judgment from an alternate trial judge is not effective or final until expressly approved by the district court as evidenced by the signature of the district court judge on an order approving the proposed judgment or post-judgment order entered in district court. [Added; effective September 8, 2014.]
