cision. — When the Supreme Court decides a constitutional question reserved to it, there should be nothing left for the trial court to do but apply it and, depending upon the answer, either proceed at once to sentence and enter a judgment of conviction and sentence or dismiss the charges. State v. Rosachi, 549 P.2d 318, 1976 Wyo. LEXIS 188 (Wyo. 1976). Trial court’s finding of guilt is not bind- ing upon the Supreme Court in the reservation of constitutional questions. State v.
