RAP 16.20 TRANSMITTAL OF JURY QUESTIONNAIRES AND CLERK’S PAPERS IN CAPITAL CASES If questionnaires are used during jury selection, the clerk of the trial court shall seal and transmit a copy of all the questionnaires to the Supreme Court along with all of the clerk’s papers, including copies of any clerk’s minutes. The clerk of the Supreme Court will provide defendant’s appellate counsel and the prosecuting attorney copies of all of the juror questionnaires. These copies shall remain in the possession of counsel and not be made available to the defendant. The clerk of the Supreme Court shall copy and distribute the clerk’s papers as follows: one copy to the defendant, two copies to the defendant’s appellate attorneys, and one copy to the prosecuting attorney.
