Transfers

Effective April 14, 2026 (a) Pretrial services may initiate and/or accept transfers of persons from another jurisdiction for pretrial services. (b) A pretrial services entity that permits a person to transfer out of the county or accepts the transfer of persons in from another county shall develop and observe written policy and procedure for the consideration of transfer applications. (c) A pretrial services entity may accept a transfer from another court within the same county in accordance with local court rules and/or local court administrative policy.
