Transfer of Matter on Recom-

mendation of Appellate Court If, at any time before the final determination of a matter, the Appellate Court is of the opinion that the matter is appropriate for Supreme Court review, the Appellate Court may notify the Supreme Court of the reasons why transfer is appropriate. The Supreme Court will then deter- mine if the matter will be transferred. (Adopted July 19, 2022, to take effect Jan. 1, 2023.)
