Transfer of funds. Allocated funds may be transferred to a decategorization

governance board or to other government agencies or departments. 70.204(1) The state court administrator and the director of juvenile court services will determine transfers for state-level projects. 70.204(2) Each chief juvenile court officer may transfer funds from the officer’s own district allocation. 70.204(3) All transfers are dependent upon availability of funds. 70.204(4) Fund transfers will identify any specific usage, and reporting requirements, as well as any limitations related to the funds. The receiving entity must agree to the usage, and reporting requirements, as well as any spending limitations prior to acceptance of any funds transfer.
