(a) Transfer to the circuit clerk. — Following the emergency hearing, the magistrate clerk shall cause the court file to be delivered to the circuit clerk immediately. (b) Facsimile machine. — The circuit clerk and all family court staff shall leave the facsimile machine on 24-hours-a-day every day.
