1. An applicant for examination for a license to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in this state shall, as part of the application and at the applicant’s own expense, provide the admissions director of the state bar with one certified copy of the applicant’s transcripts of grades from colleges, universities and law schools from which the applicant graduated, the names of which are stated in the application pursuant to Rule 51 and Rule 52(2)(d). 2. Transcripts shall be filed with the admissions director of the state bar within 21 days of mailing of the supplemental package by the admissions director to the applicant. For applicants who have not graduated at the time of submission of the application, transcripts shall be filed not later than the 10th day of the month in which the bar examination will be taken.
