Illinois Supreme Court Rules
These rules shall be known as the Minimum Continuing Legal Education Rules (“Rules”). The purpose of the Rules is to establish a program for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (“MCLE”), which shall operate as an arm of the Supreme Court of Illinois. Adopted September 29, 2005; effective immediately.
