(a) Pleadings or other documents in formal proceedings required or permitted to be filed with the Board under these rules must be received for filing at the place designated by the Board within the time limits, if any, for such filing. The date of receipt by the Board, and not the date of deposit in the mail is determinative. (b) The Board hereby designates the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court as the place for filing all documents addressed to the Board.
