TIME SHARING PLANS

Declarations creating a time-share plan shall be recordable with the assistant registrar in accordance with the provisions of this Part where applicable and also in accordance with Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, Chapter 514E. Instruments assigning, conveying, or otherwise affecting leasehold time-share interests and fee simple time-share interests created pursuant to such Declaration shall not be recordable with the assistant registrar.
