RALJ 7.2 TIME FOR FILING BRIEFS (a) Brief of Appellant. The brief of an appellant shall be served on all other parties and filed with the superior court within 45 days after filing of the notice of appeal with the superior court. (b) Brief of Respondent. The brief of a respondent shall be served on all other parties and filed with the superior court within 30 days after service of the brief of appellant. (c) Reply Brief. A reply brief shall be filed within 14 days of service of the brief to which it responds, or at such other time as the superior court orders. A reply brief shall be filed no later than 7 days before the day set for argument by the superior court. (d) Briefing Schedule. If an appeal is preassigned to a judicial department, the court may issue a briefing schedule that allows for complete presentation of all significant issues, and is consistent with the Advisory Case Processing Time Standards endorsed by the Board for Judicial Administration.
